About Us

The History of Whisky Legends

Having worked in the whisky industry for over 30 years and indeed been a Master Distiller, I've got a unique experience of how whisky is made.  From distilling to coopering and blending to bottling.  From some of best known global brands to some tiny distilleries.

Visitors want real insights into whisky but too often are given the local sales pitch about the local highland spring water or mountain air.  A visitor's contact with a bar-person may be the chance to learn more, but many times the visitor may know more than the bar-person.

Whisky has a great story - which is a joy to tell.  The real story, from the reactive copper stills to the casks type and how it was fired and as many do know the whisky age.     But also the history,  from the clan women to the sherry triangle.  Come along and get the story of the Whisky Legends.
